The Digital Signature module allows customers who use our on-line interface to generate electronic signatures; place these signatures on loan documentation, and capture/store the signature in the ezFinance database.

Information captured includes the internet protocol (IP) address of the person signing the documents, customer's login ID (and co-borrower login ID if applicable), email address, signature date/time stamp, and the signature itself.

Once a signature is captured, an automated email is generated that requires the signer to confirm their signature of the documents.

This data is then retrievable by customers using our ezFinance Suite to process loan applications to ensure valid signatures are present prior to funding any loan. An audit log is available for management to review.
